Quadrennial Ethics is due by 12/31/16.

Did you know everyone has to fulfill NAR’s code of Ethics requirement by December 31, 2016?
To date, NAR has required that all REALTORS® take one ethics class every four year.
If you have already taken a class that met NAR’s standards, then fax your certificate to 464-0196 and we’ll enter it into the database and report it to NAR.

End of Summer Statistics

With the summer selling season wrapping up the housing market cooled for much of the country but not in the Capital Region. Last month, closed sales jumped 4 percent to 1,183 houses sold in the region during August 2016.
Pending Sales increased 18 percent from August 2015 to 1,191 for the month.
