Education Cancellation Policy: Call at least 11 days in advance and there’s no charge. Cancel 10 or fewer days before the class and your registration will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows, No-calls forfeit tuition. Take a look at the current list of classes and seminars.

This course will give the background on where the appraisal industry got to where we are today with current, laws and standards. The students will walk away understanding when communication with the appraiser is permitted, the appraiser will understand how they can stay in in compliance with USPAP and local licensing laws. The Course will address Dodd Frank; section F that addresses the appraisal independence. There is a review of Fannie Mae policies, so the appraiser will understand the supplemental standards of the secondary market when completing their appraisal report. The sales agents and brokers will understand the policy and steps to take when an appraisal rebuttal can be done. The appraiser that is hired to complete a review on an appraisal that a borrower would like to rebut and the proper steps that can be taken. This course is designed for appraisers, sales agents, and brokers to attend for the communications between the licensed/certified professionals to be understood.
