Eileen Franko has been doing presentations on environmental topics for over thirty years at the state and national levels. She worked for the state at both the Departments of Health and Labor. She oversaw the development of the lead-based paint and mold programs in NY. She also oversaw the Asbestos Control Bureau. She has a Doctorate and a Masters degree in Public Health.
