Support the South End Children’s Café
Community Relations is collecting grocery store and Walmart gift cards to benefit the South End Children’s Café in Albany. The Café recently experienced funding cuts and had to lay off several staff members, so community support is needed now more than ever.
If you’re able to contribute, please write the value on each gift card before donating.
The mission of the South End Children’s Cafe is to impact food security, address food equity and food justice, and positively influence the physical and mental health of children by offering free healthy meals along with enrichment, exercise, and the arts.
2026 Slate of GCAR Officers and Directors
In accordance with Article XI, Section 4 of the Bylaws of the Greater Capital Association of REALTORS®, the Nominating Committee was appointed by President Woodcock and approved by the board of directors. The Committee was charged with preparing a slate of officers and directors for 2026. The Committee hereby submits the following slate of persons for the positions indicated. This slate will be presented for your consideration at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Membership.

Additional candidates may be placed in nomination by a petition signed by at least 10% REALTOR® members eligible to vote and filed with the Chief Executive Officer at least two (2) weeks before the elections. The CEO shall post the additional nominations to all eligible voting members before the election.
