This is not a course on being “green” or having energy efficient building and appliances. Although touched on briefly anf important, we are tackling a topic of far greater consequence and opportunity for those aware. We look precisely at the world’s climate and how its changes affect the real estate market as we know it. How will rising seas, temperatures, and disasters affect the real estate market here in the US and around thr world?
Many markets in Florida and California are still selling multi-million dollar homes on coasts that won’t be there and in environments that will be too hot for humans to even live in 30 years. Insurance companies are starting to realize it but it has not hit many real estate values in exposed markets. If you’re looking to gain this key insight and peek into the future landscape of the real estate market, then this is the course for you.

- If you “no show” or cancel less than 24 hours prior, there is a $25.00 fee.
