Connecting and communicating across cultures enables a broader business base and an inclusive, diverse homeownership community. Understanding your own cultural beliefs and values, and how these may be different from other cultures, being able to learn about and honor the different cultures of those you work with, and the positive impact that practice has on you professionally and personally.
