Replacement or screen and recoat? How do you calculate the cost of replacement? What are the new floor finishes that create a new look? This class will provide overall solutions for flooring issues and cover flooring trends for the 5 most popular flooring products: carpet, wood, laminate, ceramic tile, and luxury vinyl. We will discuss the pros and cons of the 5 products and how to clean and/or repair them.
