Government-guaranteed loans help home buyers achieve the American dream of homeownership when conventional loans fall short. This course is designed to familiarize real estate professionals with the available programs, who are best suited to take advantage of them, and the benefits of these programs. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to identify which guaranteed government loan products might assist their clients in buying a suitable home and understand the benefits of these programs.
