I’m a Broker, Now What?

Becoming a real estate broker comes with significant responsibility. This course will outline the duties of broker supervision, independent contractor agreements, office policies, standards of practice, and ethical recruitment. As a result of this course, attendees will be able to identify the requirements of a broker’s supervision. Students will be educated on the importance of independent contractor agreements and how to construct an office policy manual. Attendees will learn how to ethically recruit new licensees. Students will understand the requirements of the Standards of Practice and how to supervise agents without violating license or employment law. Finally, Attendees will be guided in protecting the public’s interests while running a successful real estate business.
