As happens with many other professionals, real estate agents often go about their day on autopilot. Serving the client and customer promptly and attentively takes precedence over the agent’s personal safety, and sometimes that of a client or customer. Being in tune with your surroundings and using other various strategies to keep yourself and those in your care safe provides a higher level of customer service, which, of course, is good business.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Do not drive during the course, as this presents an obvious safety issue.
- Do not conduct any alternate business. Please pay attention to the duration of the course.
- You must always have your video and audio enabled during the course.
- Virtual backgrounds are no longer allowed.
- You must be centered in the camera’s view and visible during the course.
- Please answer the moderators when spoken to.
- If you do not follow the rules, you forfeit all CE credit.
- If you “no show” or cancel less than 24 hours prior, there is a $25.00 fee.
- Certificates will not be emailed unless all students answer the poll question or submit a completed attestation form.
