RPR Advanced: Building Needed Listing Inventory

In a hot market with low inventory, REALTORS need to find sellers to meet buyers’ demand. Utilizing your sphere of influence or being the neighborhood expert in a target area can help homeowners decide to become sellers. In this class, you will learn how to service your current sphere and add to it with a geographic or feature-based target area. Create a winning listing presentation using modern marketing approaches, and research the property, neighborhood, and local markets to earn seller buy-in from the outset. You will also learn how to validate the property’s basic facts, select comparables, and adjust those comps to create a customized and flexible analysis to generate a client-friendly Seller’s Report.
