Safety for REALTORS® is one of the biggest concerns for new and seasoned agents, brokers, appraisers, and attorneys. It encompasses many situations in our professional and personal lives- so how do we tackle the topic? Taught by State Trooper Steven Rothwein Sr., this course is designed to keep REALTORS® safe, smart, and aware! In this course, we will discuss office & in your day-to-day security, how to respond in an emergency, and safety tips for showing properties to clients.

Tony Irvin, a 5th-degree black belt, is a retired New York State Trooper with over 27 years in Law Enforcement and has been teaching martial arts and self-defense programs for numerous different corporations and local businesses in the Capital District, and has also trained Marines. Shawn Irvin is a 4th-degree black belt and specializes in women’s self-defense.

Topics discussed will be Learning from Others’ Experiences, Safety at the Office, Safety at Property Showings, and more.
