Join us for a Fair Housing course, a DOS requirement. Real estate professionals who better understand the laws, who is protected, what is prohibited, and how they are enforced will be able to avoid discriminatory activities and the consequences of noncompliance. Failure to comply with laws not only exposes a licensee to criminal charges but may also be grounds for civil and/or disciplinary action.
