Realtors Property Resource (RPR) delivers on-the-go access to an all-encompassing real estate data platform available exclusively to REALTORS. Easily accessed through desktop, iOS, Android devices, and more, RPR offers agents, brokers, and appraisers with data sets ranging from tax/mortgage history to listings, sales, valuations, demographics, psychographics, and school information, to name just a few. In this introductory class, you will learn the essential basics of assisting and impressing your clients: searching properties, creating comprehensive reports, downloading them to desktop and mobile devices, and delivering them promptly to your clientele.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Do not drive during the course, as this presents an obvious safety issue.
• Do not conduct any alternate business. Please pay attention to the duration of the course.
• You must always have your video and audio enabled during the course.
• Virtual backgrounds are no longer allowed.
• You must be centered in the camera’s view and visible during the course.
• Please answer the moderators when spoken to.
• If you do not follow the rules, you forfeit all CE credit.
• If you “no show” or cancel less than 24 hours prior, there is a $25.00 fee.
• Certificates will not be emailed unless all students answer the poll question or submit a completed attestation form.
