- How to ensure that any interaction with the consumer is positive to the best of our ability when dealing with cultural differences and accommodations for the consumer
- How to best be aware of fair housing laws and apply them to all aspects of and the everyday interactions of the real estate profession.
- How to ensure there is no discrimination within one’s workplace, personal life, or business transactions with customers by educating and learning from historical events.
- Why it is important to one’s business and personal growth to make sincere efforts in understanding and accepting cultural differences.
