Fair Housing Explained for Cultural Diversity & Property Management

In this required DOS course, we’ll look at better understanding cultural differences and how they impact real estate transactions regarding contracts, interactions, Fen Shi, numerology, and house location. We’ll take a look at how the Fair Housing Act is applied to rental property, how disorganization could be interpreted as discrimination; We’ll look at Section 8 programs, HUD considerations and discuss how courts interpret rules regarding health and safety.
