How to Sell to Multicultural Buyers

Participants will become sensitized to how different cultures approach purchasing a house and will learn about bargaining cultures, how the cultural importance of numbers, colors, and the direction a house faces plays a part in the selection process of a home. Understand the value that different cultures bring to the transactions and communities and how a REALTOR’S role of educator on the various types of traditional American financing adds value. This will be a panel discussion, sponsored by Trustco Bank presenting various cultural viewpoints (Indian Subcontinent, Asian and Guyanese).
