Joe Fasolino

Josef (Joe) Fasolino is a graduate of Union College with a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering (2003) and received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering (1998) from Northeastern University.

He has worked the past 21 years for companies such as General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Plug Power, Diversified Technologies, Espey Manufacturing, Bechtel and currently, is employed as a Principal Engineer for Fluor Marine Propulsion.  Joe currently owns and operates Top Gun Inspections Services and has been inspecting since 2012.  He developed a business partnership with Dan Osborn and is the Co-Author of the book, “Practical Guide to Being a Home Inspector”, which has been approved by New York State for use in Home Inspection schools throughout New York State.  Joe is a NYS License Home Inspector instructor and been teaching since 2013 and the lead instructor in the Albany Region.  Additionally, Joe is a NYS License Mold Instructor and began teaching in October 2015, including being a NYS License Mold Assessor.
