Several local real estate agents were featured on the Albany Business Review’s 40 under 40 list of young professionals. Albany Business Review staff and an advisory committee of 40 Under 40 alumni picked the latest honorees from more than 250 nominations.

Traci Cornwell, owner/broker, Cornwell Real Estate
Traci Cornwell, owner and broker of Cornwell Real Estate, is a Capital Region native whose patience and guidance have opened countless doors for homeowners throughout the area. Traci understands the importance of connecting with a trusted, knowledgeable REALTOR® who navigates the buying and selling process with ease and respect for all parties involved.

Traci’s entrepreneurial drive was sparked from a young age as she observed her father as an owner and operator of Cornwell Appliance. Traci learned to apply a mix of professionalism, genuine kindness, and a willingness to be accommodating through her father’s example.

Judi Gabler, owner/broker, Gabler Realty
Judi Gabler is known for her go-getter attitude, her tenacious leadership skills, and her unyielding loyalty to friends, family, clients, and the agents and staff in her firm. A native of the Town of Bethlehem, and a graduate of State University of New York at Fredonia, she proudly calls New York and the Capital Region “home.”

With a degree in public relations and much determination, Judi embarked upon a career in real estate in 2010. After recognizing her leadership skills and the principle that strength occurs in numbers, she founded Gabler Realty in 2017. Despite building a real estate career in rocky economic times, Judi has experienced enormous success. This is largely due to her commitment to a core set of values in everything that she does. In 2017, Judi was named a National Association of REALTOR’s Top 30 under 30 and is consistently honored for her sales volume under the Women’s Council of REALTORs. This year, she was honored as an Albany Business Review’s top “40 Under 40” business person in the Capital Region.

However, for Judi, the most prized award is the lasting client relationships she works to build and maintain. She always seeks a win-win experience in all that she encounters, while providing the highest level of service and expertise. Additionally, Judi strives to inspire other professionals to achieve greatness in their endeavors and will go above and beyond to offer her expertise and advice to anyone who may need it.

RJ Long, CEO and managing partner, Coldwell Banker Prime Properties
RJ Long is currently the Managing Partner of Real Properties Group and its Coldwell Banker franchises. RJ thus leads the 10th largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the United States and the 103rd largest Real Estate Brokerage in the United States. Since rising to this role in 2015, RJ has led the firm to grow by increasing its footprint from 14 offices to 24 and increasing its gross revenue by approximately 60%. RJ also manages several other ventures and has created several startups. These ventures’ focuses have ranged from investment properties to intellectual property holdings.

With almost a decade of experience, Culberson is uniquely distinguished by his eager and aggressive nature to perform for his clients. He has successfully secured clients with his dedicated work ethic and unwavering commitment to meet his client’s needs.

Culberson has developed an extensive book of commercial business representing tenants, landlords, investment buyers, and owner-user buyers. Working with national Fortune 500 commercial real estate tenants, national landlords, along with local and regional companies. Culberson has completed over $15 million in annual transaction volume in 2013 – 2019 catapulting him to a top producer at NAI Platform.
