DOS Core Courses Minus Legal

Sign up and obtain 6.5 hours of required Department of State classes: 3 hours of Fair Housing, 2.5 hours of Business Ethics, and 1 hour Law of Agency. You must attend all 6.5 hours to receive CE credit. You will become familiar with the fair housing history and current requirements for interaction with the public, understand the ethical practices within the real estate profession, and we’ll review the laws of agency to better understand your role as a REALTOR®.

These core classes are currently required by either DOS or NAR and as of July 1, 2021, DOS will require all three. Don’t procrastinate, get these done!
