What’s the difference between service animals, assistance animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs? It’s important to understand the laws as it pertains to this protected class so you can help the consumer, educate landlords and sellers and protect yourself against violating fair housing laws. This course meets the DOS fair housing requirement.
