2020 REALTOR® of the Year
Dan Shephard, Principal Broker of All In 1 Realty Services, has been named the 2020 REALTOR® of the year.
Dan is always there to help. For the past two years, he has organized and run the “All in 1 Realty Golf Tournament” for the VA Hospital, raising over $30,000 to help support veterans and their families. As a former Marine, near and dear to his heart, he has sponsored Toys for Tots the past two years, supplying 1,000 toys for local children. This year he will be teaming up with Coldwell Banker to continue his support for Toys for Tots.
Dan is currently an active member of the Professional Standards Committee and has served on several professional standards hearing panels. He has also served on the Education Committee and Broker-Owner-Managers Council.
Over the past few years, Dan has donated his truck, time, and muscle to help transport items from the GCAR office to the GCAR Trade Show.
Dan has been in the real estate business for 14 years and holds the CBR, ABR, RENE, and SFR designations. Dan has a passion for helping people buy and sell their homes. It’s a lifestyle he’ll pursue for many years to come. As a broker, Dan has provided opportunities for agents from many different backgrounds, particularly from the military, law enforcement, and first responder careers. His military background allows him to help these new REALTORS® transition into the business world.
