Earn a Commercial & Investment Real Estate Certificate (CIREC) and 22.5 hours of CE in this 3-day commercial course that teaches the foundations needed to provide commercial and investment real estate brokerage services.  The course serves as a solid refresher for those already working in commercial real estate or a new venture for REALTORS® looking to discover a new world. Complete all three for a CIREC certificate, or complete only one or two of the three for 7.5 hours of CE each day:

• 3/8, Working with Office, Retail & Industrial Buildings, Leases, and Green Concepts
• 3/10, Fair Housing, Working with Investment Properties: Financial analysis, Taxes, and Exchanges: discrimination issues in Commercial Real Estate
• 3/15, Ethics and Agency, Land and Site Development, Comparing Investments, Brokerage issues and Building your Commercial Business
