We’ll explore the fiduciary relationship between agent and client and why agent misrepresentation causes a number of difficulties to all involved. We’ll look at the various agency relationships, Agent roles, and the NYS Agency disclosure form as it relates to one-four unit residential property and condominiums in any size building.
