This updated and fast-paced course is designed to meet the NAR Code of Ethics training requirements and emphasizes how the Code of Ethics is the REALTORS® guide to professional conduct in the real estate business.  Through lectures, game shows, case studies, and student interaction, students come away with an appreciation of how the Code and Pathways to Professionalism interact with their day-to-day business practices.  Procuring cause factors will be presented and students will be able to apply those factors in considering who is entitled to the compensation in a cooperative transaction.   Diane has a real passion for this subject and will convince her audience that the Code is good business!
