Selecting Good Comparables

This 7.5 course is designed as a continuing education course for appraisers and real estate agents. Students will be presented with techniques to assist them in selecting the best comparables in order to determine the value for their client’s property. Appraisers, real estate agents, and assessors all strive to develop a type of real estate value using different approaches and similar techniques some of which overlap each other to estimate the value of real property.
