2022 membership dues are in the process of being sent via email. Please be advised the GCAR and Global MLS bills will be issued separately. You will receive two emails if you are a member of both organizations, one for each bill.
HOW DO I PAY MY ASSOCIATION DUES AND MLS FEE?
GCAR members – To pay your 2022 GCAR, NYSAR, and NAR dues log on to www.gcar.com/dues. Log in using your 5-digit member number and password.
Global MLS members – To pay your 2022 MLS fee, log on to www.globalmls.com/dues. Log in using your 5-digit member number and password.

Simply call GCAR at 518-464-0191. The staff will provide your member ID and password.
HOW MUCH ARE NYSAR AND NAR DUES, AND MUST I PAY THEM?
For 2022 NYSAR dues are $100 and NAR dues are $185. These amounts are included in your local association invoice.
DO I HAVE TO CONTRIBUTE TO RPAC?
RPAC is a voluntary contribution. However, RPAC assures that issues and concerns related to the real estate industry remain a priority for public policymakers who can shape how you do business. Members are encouraged to support advocacy for their industry.
DO I HAVE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH FUND?
The mission of the GCAR Community Outreach Fund is to promote GCAR and its membership as good community citizens by making financial contributions to local charitable groups which are housing-oriented or whose purpose is to make our community a better place to live.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO PAY MY DUES?
The payment due date for dues and fees is January 1, 2022. This is a state and national deadline. After which, late fees take effect. After January 15th, all non-paid members will be deactivated in our system.
