Government-guaranteed loans help home buyers achieve the American dream of home ownership where conventional loans fall short.  This course is designed to familiarize real estate professionals with the programs available, who is best suited to take advantage of them, and the benefits of the programs. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to identify which guaranteed government loan products might be able to assist their clients in buying a suitable home and understand the benefits to their clients of taking advantage of these programs.
