Aging in Place

The aging population will skyrocket over the next decade and the United States will have to rethink how to deliver core services to this group. According to a survey from AARP, approximately 90% of seniors would prefer to stay in their homes if given the opportunity. This class will explore the financial aspects of staying in one’s home, how to plan, and the changes that must be made to make a home senior-ready. This class will also explore growing senior communities and how to help your customer make good choices and find the right home for them.
