This course is designed to satisfy the NYS requirement for ethics for real estate professionals. The course explores the intersection of law and ethics and facilitates the personal articulation of one’s ethics.  The course touches upon consumer protections, multiple types of fraud, codes of conduct, and business practices for real estate professionals. Participants will gain awareness of their ethical underpinnings and red flags that will serve as guideposts for navigating the real estate industry.
