Join your fellow REALTORS® to celebrate the life and legacy of Nina Amadon.
Nina passed away in May of this year after a courageous battle with illness. She played an essential role in the success of GCAR’s RPAC committee and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Nina began her real estate career in 1986 and earned her broker’s license in 1997. Throughout her distinguished career, she generously dedicated her time and talents to organized real estate at the local, state, and national levels. Nina served on numerous GCAR and NYSAR committees, was honored as GCAR’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2005, and served as GCAR President in 2012.
As GCAR President, Nina founded the RPAC committee and remained a steadfast advocate for RPAC throughout her life. Her personal commitment to the cause was extraordinary. She invested over $15,000 into RPAC during her lifetime and was inducted into the RPAC of New York Hall of Fame in 2021. Nina also maintained a National Crystal R membership, pledging $1,500 annually to RPAC, and was a major investor since 2012.
In honor of Nina’s legacy, let’s exceed GCAR’s 2024 RPAC fundraising goal and celebrate her enduring impact on our profession.
