Post-pandemic real estate set expectations for sellers of fast sales, multiple offers, and double-digit price increases. When markets shift, days on the market increase, showings slow, and seller expectations change. This course will discuss the importance of educating sellers about market realities and reviewing the available agent tools. Tips and tricks include updating CMA’s, agent feedback, market statistics, and neighborhood reports. Additionally, we will discuss the importance of communication and best practices to add value to the seller experience.

  • Do not conduct any alternate business. Please pay attention to the duration of the course.
  • You must always have your video and audio enabled during the course.
  • Virtual backgrounds are no longer allowed.
  • You must be centered in the camera’s view and visible during the course.
  • Please answer the moderators when spoken to.
  • If you do not follow the rules, you forfeit all CE credit.
  • If you “no show” or cancel less than 24 hours prior, there is a $25.00 fee.
  • Certificates will not be emailed unless all students answer the poll question or submit a completed attestation form.
