This course is meant to identify standards for the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), review the Appraiser Independence Requirements (AIR), and understand the new sustainability and green features of future property valuation. Bring your questions, this will be an interactive 3 hrs. CE appraisers, salespersons/brokers to have a better understanding of each of our professions and when communication is permitted between the two. Will answer your direct questions and concerns and provide resources to all interested!
