Understanding Commercial Real Estate: Part 2
CE Credit: 3.5
Instructor: Ed Smith
This course provides an overview of what you must know for commercial real estate transactions. It will focus on what information needs to be gathered for each type of commercial property and for financial analysis. Then, it explores the basics of building a commercial real estate business.
Next, we look at the people side of the business by learning about negotiating with your client to get a listing or representation agreement and complying with NY Agency Law. The course then examines more negotiation concepts used when representing your client.
