This class focuses on setting goals for the upcoming year as well This class focuses on setting goals for the upcoming year as well as making a plan to make the goals a reality. The agent will learn how to set a realistic (yet challenging) goal that will be turned into a business plan which includes all of their numbers right down to how many listing/buyer appointments the agent will need to hit their goal. We will also focus on how much time/money it will take to hit their goals and it includes a very popular accountability worksheet to help keep them on track.
