Buyer Representation Best Practices
CE Credit: 3
Instructor: Roseann Farrow
Meets DOS requirement for law of agency
With informed consent, the seller who hires you signs an agency disclosure form and a written representation agreement (listing contract). It just makes sense to follow the same procedure with a buyer client by successfully reviewing the agency disclosure form followed by a written representation agreement when being hired. Buyer representation agreements clarify the “rules of the road” and shift risk for all the parties. So, if you stumble through the buyer representation agreement and wish you had a better understanding and smoother scripting, this course is your guide.
