Now is the time to stop being “tour guides” and “order takers.” It’s time to eliminate shortcuts and focus on professional, consultative practices. Become a true consultant; Understand and effectively describe the nuances of a real estate transaction to buyer and seller clients. Become more confident in explaining written agreements and fee structures by learning your stuff and how to present with poise and empowerment. As Einstein said, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” This course is a guide for tips, scripts, and best practices for the best REALTORS in the business!

- Please answer the moderators when spoken to.
- If you do not follow the rules, you forfeit all CE credit.
- If you “no show” or cancel less than 24 hours prior, there is a $25.00 fee.
- Certificates will not be emailed unless all students answer the poll question or submit a completed attestation form.
