Check Your REALTOR® Bias

This interactive course is designed to create awareness of each participant’s unique diversity, both external and internal through exercises that represent the pieces each of us brings to our role as Realtor(R), therefore enhancing an understanding of our Client’s diversity. Discussion of how stereotypes form the basis for unconscious bias which can be manifested as microaggressions. The interactive discussion will examine how Realtors(R) can act to create an inclusive environment where differences are valued and acknowledged internally and with clients.
