Ethics is a required Continuing Education class to take both by the National Association of REALTORS and by the Department of State. So why not learn something new? “Commercial Real Estate Ethics” focuses on the Commercial side of Real Estate for all those that specialize in selling and buying Commercial properties or who are curious about it. In this three-hour course, you can learn about Business Ethics, the Code of Ethics under NAR and GCAR, and what ethical qualities a client is looking for in a REALTOR.
