This 3-hour C.E. class will be a deep dive into Everything Renovation.   The course will cover what a renovation loan is, current market trends, the advantages of renovation loans, and types of loans, including FHA 203K, VA Renovation, Fannie Mae Homestyle, and Freddie Mac Choice. The course will also cover the loan process and contractor qualifications, and agents will walk away with a Tool Kit.
