To approve a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan, the home must pass an FHA inspection and appraisal. The home must meet minimum safety, security, and soundness standards to pass inspection. This course aims to educate real estate professionals about the inspection requirements of an FHA loan so they can help their clients buy or sell a home that will be under FHA.
