This course will examine why buyers want exclusive buyer representation and what they expect from their agent. Articulating and delivering your personal value proposition is critical to them wanting YOU and being willing to pay for your services. We will review the best practices of buyer representation when acting as their fiduciary. Topics include buyer consultation, financing options, due diligence systems and tools, the lifecycle of transactions, various market conditions, purchase offer contingencies, problem-solving for exceptional service, and managing the process through to close.


  • Do not drive during the course, as this presents an obvious safety issue.
  • Do not conduct any alternate business. Please pay attention to the duration of the course.
  • You must always have your video and audio enabled during the course.
  • Virtual backgrounds are no longer allowed.
  • You must be centered in the camera’s view and visible during the course.
  • Please answer the moderators when spoken to.
  • If you do not follow the rules, you forfeit all CE credit.
  • If you “no show” or cancel less than 24 hours prior, there is a $25.00 fee.
  • Certificates will not be emailed unless all students answer the poll question or submit a completed attestation form.
