In a hot market with multiple offers in a matter of hours or days, it’s important to remember your fiduciary duties to clients. How do you advise clients and customers? What about dual agency situations where your buyer is one of the offers on your listing? What if your seller’s requests go against the Code of Ethics? Keeping it all organized and focusing on the ‘right thing to do is what matters. In this course, we will review your responsibilities and how to handle these situations, and how to do what is best for your client.
