1:00 – 2:30 pm | How to Read an Energy Assessment Report
This session provides real estate professionals and their clients with a foundational knowledge of reading and understanding the latest Energy Efficiency Building Assessment Reports. Topics covered include energy modeling, audit reports, work scope generation, common pitfalls, terms, definitions, and current policy.
2:30 – 4:00 pm | Simple Energy Reductions
This session provides real estate professionals and appraisers the information and skills to reduce a home’s potential energy use by up to 15% for sale or appraisal as “more” energy efficient with demonstrated savings and comfort recommendations.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Do not drive during the course, as this presents an obvious safety issue.
- Do not conduct any alternate business. Please pay attention to the duration of the course.
- You must always have your video and audio enabled during the course.
- Virtual backgrounds are no longer allowed.
- You must be centered in the camera’s view and visible during the course.
- Please answer the moderators when spoken to.
- If you do not follow the rules, you forfeit all CE credit.
- If you “no show” or cancel less than 24 hours prior, there is a $25.00 fee.
- Certificates will not be emailed unless all students answer the poll question or submit a completed attestation form.
