Is That Pony A Pet? Understanding Assistant Animals

CE Credit: 3

Instructor: Katheryn DeClerk

What are the differences between service animals, assistance animals, emotional support animals, and therapy pets? There are laws protecting people with disabilities regarding housing, laws for service animals in public places, and so much more. Real estate agents, brokers, and property managers need to understand the laws concerning this protected class. This will help the consumer understand their rights and the landlords, sellers, and buyers protect themselves against violating fair housing laws in “Is That Pony a Pet? Understanding Assistant Animals”.
