This course will provide REALTORS® with accurate and up-to-date information regarding the revisions to Housing and Anti-Discrimination Form (HADF) and Fair Housing Notice (FHN) required by 19 NYCRR 175.28. signed into law in December 2021, including new course requirements for Real Estate professionals, the status of love letters, and more fair housing topics relevant to past, present, and future clients.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Do not drive during the course, as this presents an obvious safety issue.
- Do not conduct any alternate business. Please pay attention to the duration of the course.
- You must always have your video and audio enabled during the course.
- Virtual backgrounds are no longer allowed.
- You must be centered in the camera’s view and visible during the course.
- Please answer the moderators when spoken to.
- If you do not follow the rules, you forfeit all CE credit.
- If you “no show” or cancel less than 24 hours prior, there is a $25.00 fee.
- Certificates will not be emailed unless all students answer the poll question or submit a completed attestation form.
