To provide the real estate professional with an overview of the Section 8 Housing Program and help prepare them to work with both families in need of housing and the property owners and Managers. We will discuss the benefits and requirements of both the tenant and property owner perspective. Effective property management concepts will be covered including highlights from the “Housing Security and Tenant Protection Act of 2019”.
