This class has been designed to assist real estate salespeople and brokers who may be working with real estate investor clients who are providing housing or for anyone working with Section 8 who would like to enter the real estate investing business model.
Learning Objectives:
This course will provide real estate professionals with an overview of the Section 8 Housing Program and help prepare them to work with both families in need of housing and property owners and Managers. We will discuss the benefits and requirements from both the Tenant and property owner perspectives. Effective property management concepts will be covered, including highlights from the “Housing Security and Tenant Protection Act of 2019.”

- You must always have your video and audio enabled during the course.
- Virtual backgrounds are no longer allowed.
- You must be centered in the camera’s view and visible during the course.
- Please answer the moderators when spoken to.
- If you do not follow the rules, you forfeit all CE credit.
- If you “no show” or cancel less than 24 hours prior, there is a $25.00 fee.
- Certificates will not be emailed unless all students answer the poll question or submit a completed attestation form.
