Designed for new agents, or seasoned professionals who want to reacquaint themselves with the basics; this course will teach you the characteristics of a Buyers or Sellers’ market, show how to identify the basic principles of real estate value and compare/contrast cost versus value as it relates to real estate. You’ll learn the three approaches to value used in the appraisal process and understand how the underwriting guidelines impact the valuation process.
