This course was created and will be taught and hosted by SMPR Title Agency.  Title searches and title insurance are a part of almost every real estate transaction.  In this course, real estate professionals will learn about the title process and how it can affect their clients when buying and selling property. REALTORS will better understand the process, how to prepare and be proactive with their listing clients, and how to set expectations appropriately in the buying process.  They will also learn what not to say to protect themselves and their brokerage from possible difficulties.
